Mit Backup aufs iCloud Drive: Castro 2.6

The main feature of 2.6 is Backup/Restore. Castro will automatically back up user data every 24 hours to iCloud Drive. This means that users can keep their Castro data when they set up an iOS device as new, rather than needing to restore a full iOS backup. Additionally, if anything goes wrong that causes data loss, users can restore everything back the way it was at the time of the last backup. You can find the feature in Settings → Backup / Restore Castro. Tapping a backup cell will initiate a restore.

Das neue Feature in Castro 2.6 (5,49 €) stellt nicht nur alle eure Podcast-Abos (inklusive Abspielposition und Sortierung) wieder her¹, sondern auch ausnahmslos jede Einstellung der App. So muss ein Backup beziehungsweise dessen Wiederherstellung funktionieren.
